Pros
Does exactly what it claims to do; easy to use; the support people are the BEST EVER!! There's only one con, and they worked & worked & worked until they fixed it for me!!
Cons
The program couldn't read my phone's time stamps correctly, but THEY FIXED IT FOR ME!! Costs $25 and up but worth EVERY penny!
Summary
So many of the SMS backup programs out there do NOT recognize MMS messages. Of the ones that DO recognize MMS, I couldn't find a single one that could print or export individual conversations. THIS program does it ALL. I wish I could give it 10 stars! I'm working on an important case, and I need several conversations as proof. I first chose another program and paid for it: it wasn't until I was several hours into marking a half ream of printouts when I realized important MMS messages were simply NOT THERE!! (Again, that was a different application.) I spent a few more hours researching for another program and decided on this one. I was so excited about the screen shots, etc., I just went ahead and paid for it! Then, when I was getting ready to export to .pdf files, I realized that each and every incoming message was time stamped two hours earlier. My outgoing messages were showing the correct time. This made everything out of order, thereby making the final .pdf a puzzle of messages. I freaked out!! It took 20 or so emails (btw, they responded w/in a couple hours, late at night, always responding in a very timely manner!), and alot of patience on their part (they sent .jpg's and links, etc., because often I didn't understand where or what they wanted me to do)! Finally, they diagnosed the problem and sent me a personal fix, written just for me, so I could continue with gathering, marking, and sending evidence. I can't say enough great things about this company!!
