Audiophiler Music Organizer will organize your music collection. You can view and print reports, sort and group by any field. You can keep a record of where and when items were purchased and how much they cost. Loading your music collection is quick and easy. Put a CD in your CD-ROM drive and Audiophiler will download all the album information from the Internet CDDB service and load this into your database with one click of the mouse.

Version 1.6.3 adds composer and songwriter fields for tracks and improvements to the conductor and orchestra fields for albums and tracks. Several performance improvements have been included to speed up the loading and editing of albums for large databases, plus speed improvements for adding/updating and submitting information to and from the CDDB service.

When I used XP I found this program very useful and it did a great job organizing my CDs.
Cons
Now that I have a new PC it won't run with Vista. Have emailed for support but Greg seems to have lost interest. Bit of a shame when we paid for the product mate.
Summary
It's a very good product if you use XP or less. Sadly there seems to be no support now as the forum site is basically dead in the water. :(

I have for a long time needed a catalogue system for my CD collection. This fits my requirements perfectly. Very easy and intuitive to use and captures data quickly. It's able to generate a wide variety of attractive filtered reports.

This has fantastic graphic user support to make it easy to use. There seems to be an endless amount of functionality and the website has tons of information and screen-shots - I like the forum too. All and all I like the ease of use for this - the cddb option does everything for you or you can enter details manually.

After trying a few other programs I found this on the 'net and loved it! Had a week as a trial download and then purchased the product I was so impressed. The program is quick, has many options and is exactly what I was looking for to catalog my CD collection. The hookup with the CDDB is fast and efficient. <p> <p>In general, I love it.

I was expecting a program to organize my mp3 collection, but this software seems to be designed mostly for cataloging music CDs. It has a function to import mp3, but it gave an error about halfway through importing my mp3s - so it was basically useless.
