Developer's Description

Manage and archive collections of sound files.

The SoundArchiver application manages a collection of sound files into a single archive. Handle more than 100 wav files per archive. Each sound has a Title, Category, and Voice (Male/Female/Neutral). The list shows the file size (size on disk) and clip length. Each sound can be previewed. The app has a COMPILE button that takes all of the clips and writes a single archive/library file(MPSND) that contains all of the clips as well as the information about the clips. Bit rate and compression is uni-reformated. No installation/uninstallation is required as the program is a single exe file.

A very simple data base, no functionality of any kind.

Doesn't do anything, just sits there and waites for tiy to locate and move your files.
Summary
May have made some happy, but to simple and old for me to bother with.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Sep 29, 2010<p/>I suppose that I was expecting Sound Archiver to find and organize my files the way Picasa does my photos. However it is just a very simple DOS type data base that does nothing. I could easily build my own file to my needs and like it instead of trying to locate and move my sound files to this little box.
Working tool. Managing sound archives is eazy.
