AdTempus has a clean and simple interface that is relatively easy to understand, but novice users will benefit from the Help file and the New Job Wizard. The tool schedules, runs, and terminates programs or scripts, such as data warehousing, backups, and error checks, and issues e-mail or SMS notification reports and output files, all based on triggers set by the user. It also offers system monitoring. AdTempus allows remote administration and can generate flow diagrams to help process analysis. This is a big file (73.8MB), so expect lengthy download and installation times. Intermediate to advanced users will find this program effective and useful, and novices also will appreciate its robustness after they become familiar with its functions.
