- The documentation is ... leaves a lot to be desired. - Thanks to insanely designed "XML singing" only integrates with systems written in Java, there's simply no way to send ACS an authenticated message (to package an ebook or change its settings) using anything else. - It took about ten minutes to remove DRM protection provided by ACS ... TO THE RECEPTIONIST!

Solution is simple made scalable and easy to administrate. Manuals and technical references are good.
Cons
To integrate this tool an experienced programmer is needed.
