Stop those annoying and unwanted pop-up ads, windows, and applications.
AdCop stops unwanted popup ads, windows, and applications. Enforce Rules mode kills windows or applications based on their names. Auto Kill mode limits the number of visible windows for a particular application to one. Lockdown mode doesn't allow any new windows or applications to open. Additionally, AdCop features a Save State button that allows you to restore your system back to the original state of open windows and applications.
I have win98se and ms .net framework installed. Installed fine and stopped an average amount of popups with the basic configuration. When I tried to reconfigure the settings the program now fails to load. Oh well could be issues with my own sytem. This one seemed very promising guess i'll keep searching.
