AdArmor eliminates ads and stops unsuitable content from reaching unsuspecting eyes. AdArmor frees your surfing from all kinds of advertisements, including pop-up, in-page and paid search engine ads, as well as ActiveX, flashing text, animated images and more. The Window Blocker shuts down annoying messages, such as nag screens, and the Advertisers section blocks sites that could be inappropriate, like a gambling site. Tenebril's AdArmor updates itself automatically to block new advertisers and to keep up with advances in ad technology. AdArmor allows you to exclude selected sites from your ad-blocking preferences, permitting sites that require pop-up windows to function correctly. AdArmor saves time and bandwith, shows statistics on the amount and type of ads blocked and estimates the number of bytes saved. With AdArmor you reclaim control of your computer screen.

I run a windows xp pro laptop with 3.2 ghz pent 4 ht technology, 1.0 gig ram, 128 mb ati 9600 video card, 60 gigs of space, and it doesn't slow up my system, every website I go to it blocks everything that could be a potential pop up. So you may need to at the websites you visit a lot like gmail.com is blocked by this program but it's my main e-mail, so know how to use your programs and they are the most powerful in the computer world...

This little product blocked more ads than I ever would have imagined! I went for cnn.com the first time and almost didn't recognize the page! There was no more banner or ads on the side of the page. Sweet product!
