This isn't your father's pop-up blocker. SQusi Tracking Plus watches your browser and halts all Flash-based content, but a rare bug forces some users to reboot their systems.
The toolbar pull-down interface is a snap to use. The few program settings are right on the menu. A couple of settings pop out from simple dialog boxes. We found sQusi most helpful as a Flash blocker. Start it, and you'll never see another Flash ad. You'll also never see Flash-based content you may want to view from sites such as YouTube. However, it just takes a trip to the toolbar menu to temporarily pause or disable sQusi.
We found the Web site white lists and blacklists very effective and easy to use. The utility also cleans your browser cookies and cache. Unfortunately, cleaning is set manually and can't automatically run at browser close. Some Windows XP SP2 users may suffer from a bug that causes sQusi to disappear from the tool tray. The primary fix is to reboot the operating system.
Anyone who uses the Internet and wants to surf without pop-ups is going to like sQusi. It's easy to install and use, and the free registration takes only an e-mail address.

From GCNet :sQusi, a free Web service for Windows users, ensures real-time protection against tracking cookies, scripts and files that advertisers use to track and profile you without your consent. sQusi automatically and selectively blocks annoying ads, cookies, flash objects, IntelliTXT links, web beacons, script files and other file types from sites listed in its continuously updated database which is automatically disseminated to all users. sQusi deletes non-essential cookies from Explorer, Firefox and Navigator with a single click. It also clears these files from the Explorer cache without deleting useful cached files from your favorite sites. sQusi stores no personal information, does not interfere with sites, and pages will usually load faster.
Version 1.06 adds a local database to maintain personal black/white lists that override global database entries. Users now can benefit from collective knowledge coupled to individual preferences.

Version: sQusi Tracking Blocker 1.06
Pros: Was expecting a pop up blocker. That however, is about the only thing squsi does not do. I guess you don't really need separate pop-up blockers anymore since Google and Microsoft (XP/SP2) give it away for free.
It blocks banners and flash and even those text balloon things. The provided database (encrypted but I counted 8000 entries) is great and it is updated automatically so I only have to focus on what I want to allow or block.
Also blocked my hometown newspaper (since fixed) but I wont' hold it against these guys. So what other free stuff are you working on guys? Eric Schmidt of Google says all software should be free!
Cons: Other than the email registration nag and the activation email, no complaints.

Version: sQusi Tracking Blocker 1.06
Pros: I run Win2K and I had problems installing version 1.1. Reported to feedback and assumed it was lost in space. Got a response next day confirming a glitch with installer and update was posted in 4 days. Newest version is fast, clean and does its job. Glad they included a local database in this version - makes a big difference.
Cons: Never got the email activation - my ISP blocked it but did get it activated manually. There must be a better way guys.

Pros: Had this app for a few days now. The activation email never came because Yahoo blocked it as spam. An email to the feedback address resolved the issue. Kudos for it working right and for the service. Works as advertised but wait that ad was blocked�¢���� :-)
Cons: None I can think of right now. Keep coming back to that activation
business for which I (regretfully) lop off a star.

Pros: Nice little proggie. Confused a bit on the registration. Thought I had to
go to site to register. But it works!!! Goodbye jiggly-jaggly ads, goodbye
music players on myspace.
Easier registration pleeeeaaase!
