iWatch DVR II allows you to access your DVR recordings from your iOS device. This is particularly useful for people who need to monitor security footage remotely.
Basic design: iWatch DVR II's design is minimalist and clear.
Useful concept: The primary use for this app is to allow people with DVR security systems to access security footage and review it from an iOS device. This is a very practical piece of functionality that allows business owners additional security and peace of mind.
Complicated use: The problem with this app is that unless you're technically inclined, you may be overwhelmed. If terms like "host" and "port" are unfamiliar to you, you might not be able to understand how to use this application.
No in-app help: If you're not up to the task of navigating iWatch DVR II on your own, you won't find much help inside the app. There is no documentation within the app and not even a link to a website that might have further information available. Essentially, what you see is what you get, and beyond that you're completely on your own.
If you're technologically savvy enough to get this application running, then you might find it helpful. However, the total lack of any kind of support, documentation, or guidance will make it very difficult for anyone with limited experience to get useful functionality out of this app.
