From isynctunes.com :iSyncTunes is used to transfer songs or videos from an iTunes library on one computer to another one. This is most often done to back songs up, transfer songs to a new computer, or transfer music stored on multiple computers to an iPod or other music player that is managed by one computer. iSyncTunes finds all of your music automatically and provides an XML import file ready for use in iTunes. The discovery feature lets you transfer songs without having to know the IP address of the source computer. All you need to know is your computer name. You can transfer songs between computers connected to your home network or to the Internet such as your work and home computer.
Version 1.3 allows adding an iPod that is connected to the target computer as a library.
