From isynctunes.com :iSyncTunes is used to move songs from an iTunes library on one computer to another one. This is most often done to back songs up, transfer songs to a new computer, or transfer music stored on multiple computers to an iPod or other music player that is managed by one computer. iSyncTunes finds all of your music automatically, and it provides an XML import file ready for use in iTunes. You can transfer the music files, but the DRM (digital rights management) transfers along with the files. You will still have to authorize the songs on the second computer. See the iTunes application help for instructions on authorizing and de-authorizing songs. Download iSyncTunes and install it on each computer where you have music files and each one where you want to copy music files. No reboot is necessary.
