Version: iSpy 2.6
"Tons of features, works great!"
Pros: This program is awesome. Logs keystrokes, web pages visited, programs used... and you have the options to un-check any of it's features. For example: You want to log an employee's browsing habits without compromising his passwords... just un-check the keylogger but check the web page logger... Awesome! You can also password protect ISpy so when returning from stealth mode it prompts for a password, very cool! Stealth is awesome because it's only in the process list and not listed under applications (IS.exe). You can encrypt the log file and you can also set it up to email to whoever you want it to email the log to which is fabulous. Similar setup to Outlook email configuration... There's also an option to have it automatically start during system boot and also auto stealth... you can also have it run on just specified users... very nice features. Uses very little system resources, in fact when I tested Ispy it used less than 4,000 K memory usage... Finally, when you first run ISpy it gives you a "welcome screen" with a lot of useful information such has Ctrl+Shift+f5 to return from stealth mode... always a good thing to know :-P Thats a basic summary... seems like a great program so I recommend it to you.
Cons: The only CON i noticed was when I went to uninstall it from my machine it gave me an error removing a file (i think C:\config.txt? or something like that) and it said I did not have Administrator rights (even though I was logged on a domain admin account)... So i just merely added my account name specifically to the administrators group on the local machine and then the uninstall was flawless.

"Disappointment...not all keystrokes captured"
Pros: iSpy does a great job at capturing applications that are used & collecting all open windows.
Cons: I was really disappointed when I installed this application. I was mostly interested in capturing keystrokes, rather than the other information captured by iSpy. Unfortunately, it did a very poor job at capturing keystrokes--I practiced typing out a few sentences, and filling out a few web forms, only to find that only about a third of the key strokes were saved to the log, making this application useless for my needs.

"This is actually a SPYWARE!!!"
Pros: I was prompted with a securit
Cons: I was prompted with the security centre page and told to click to view the virus/spyware and eventually lead into downloading both the ispy & virusranger. they are actually spyware which includes trojan, keyloggers etc. it took me a lot of effort before i finally clear them all off with the spyware terminator!
Does cnetasia really does review all software before informing us that its spyware tested free? It was made to mislead people that its produced by micosoft but in actual fact its from MACROSOFT!!!
