Pros
It has a few more settings and looks very nice from Google's free one.
Cons
Google has the same one for free but with a few less settings. http://picasa.google.com/mac_tools.html
Summary
I am using the free Google plugin and it works fine for me. Does everything I need it to do. But if you want a few more settings try this one.
I'm using Google's free one with iphotos 2011 and it seems to work just fine so far.
