From Apple :

Apple iMovie is an application that integrates Digital Video (DV) capture, scene editing, titling, transition effects, and audio to create broadcast-quality movies. Updating to iMovie 2.0.1 provides stability and performance enhancements, as well as support for the iMovie Plug-in Pack 2. This new version lets you export to Apple's iDVD program.

Note: This update will not update any versions before 2.0.
