Bursting at the seams with features, iGadget is popular for a reason: It synchronizes a smorgasbord of information from your PC onto your iPod, and it also transfers tunes back to your computer.
Some apps let you sync your Outlook calendar, contacts and e-mail to your iPod, and still others allow you to back up songs, playlists and podcasts from iPod to PC. IGadget supports all of those and throws in some useful goodies. Local movie listings and weather, driving directions, RSS news feeds and even personalized horoscopes can be synced and managed from iGadget, which installs the features into folders in your iPod's Notes section.
One feature that didn't meet our expectations was that videos don't have a separate sync function, although they are supported through the main track list. We'd also like to see support for other e-mail clients besides Outlook.
Still, iGadget gives great functionality for its price, and we think it makes a quality addition to any iPod.

Version: iGadget 3.4
"Seems to look OK but has limited use"
Pros: Well laid out, looks good easy to use buttons and menues
Cons: Several of the functions are limited to USA users only, the route finder would have been usefull but again is only for US users.
My rating for this C minus

Version: iGadget 3.4
"Okay, but not worth the time to play with right now"
Pros: Seems easy to use.
Cons: Suggested RSS feeds were only Yahoo ones
I would like to be able to transfer my RSS feeds automatically, not manually.
You can try it out for 2 weeks (I think) or 10 uses, whichever is shorter so basically you can;t try a little bit at a time.

Version: iGadget 3.4
Pros: I was unable to synch contacts and calendars using Itunes because I do not use office 2003 - IGadget synchs my office 200 Outlook fast.
-
Version: iGadget 3.4
Pros: the fact that you can collect all the information that you want to put on your ipod before it goes on
-
Version: iGadget 3.4
Pros: Seems simple enough to install and use
Cons: For what I need it for - It's applications are really limited, and frankly I already have way too many bits of iPod software competing with each other for CPU/system resources this just wasn't that special or unusual to justify keeping it or buying a license>
