Pros
The software is straightforward with two options: backup and restore iPod. I used it after getting a new ipod for X-mas. I could transfer my old ipod contents to the new one quite easily. It was just a matter of backing up the old device and restore the backup image to the new ipod.
Cons
iPad not supported for now.

The program crashed itself, my ipod turned frozen and I was forced to restore. Therefore lost everything stored on it.
Summary
Didn't like it, this app seems half-done. The interface is quite amateur and demo is limited.

This program came right on time when I needed it. My old iPod classic was about to crash and I had to make a backup. I have managed to make a full backup of my old ipod and have since restored it to my newly replaced ipod classic using this precious tool.

it would help if support for the ipad is also included

Good program but needs to allow user more control of what to back up.

I had my iPod backed up but when it crashed and I had to replace what I had lost, it did not work as expected. My files are audiobooks downloaded from discs or digital library site and many of the files were missing. I am trying to backup my new iPod by manual instead of automatic and see what happens. I wish it allowed me to choose only certain files to back up. I have my own music on my PC, it is the audiobooks I want backed up that I don't keep on my iTunes.
Summary
Have used the product for many years, purchasing new versions when necessary. Will continue to use it; my iPods seem to crash on a regular basis!

I am speechless. Such an easy tool to use and in no time, I had my iPod Nano restored. Some months ago I did a backup using iCloner - just in case - and guess what! It's just been a lifesaver! After wiping all the iPod contents in connecting it to iTunes on my new computer I gave it a try. In some minutes only, I was able to restore my whole iPod database including music, videos, pics, notes etc. I got the message, backups are essential!

A brilliant tool for creating a back up for your iPod. If you had to completely restore your iPod from scratch you'd get it all back simply by retrieving it from the back up stored on your PC using iCloner.

Saves it all as a single WHB file - which I cannot open with out downloading/purcasing additional software for.

This is not a program for simply getting music from your iPod into files on your PC.
Yes I knew the program worked as a back up but I thought it would pull the data into standard files rather than a single WHB file. Great tool, just isn't the function I was looking for and think others should be aware of this before they waste time like I have. -

It's not that fast, but I guess it is because there is a lot of data to transfer.

Not only did this product work as advertised, it was quick. I transfered my enitre library of 30,000 AAC / MP3s PLUS photos, PLUS Playlists....in about 2.25 hours. Slick layout. Very nice job!!

Bottom line: if you need to transfer your old or existing iPod data to a new one, or just want a backup, get it!
