Version: eBoostr 1.0.2 Build 390
"Great product especially with RAM Disk"
Pros: My Notebook has 3MB RAM, XP uses RAM not efficiently. I was already the commercial RAM Disk from www dot superspeed dot com for holding the Temporary directories and internet cache. This product saves RAM Disk content when shutting down. The RAM disk driver loads very early in the Windows boot process, so it is suitable for holding the eBoost Cache. So I created the eBoostr cache on two RAM Disk volumes, one with 768MB and the other with 200MB. Applications and files load MUCH faster. MS Office 2007 loads ca. 50%-70% faster, but not Outlook, which still takes ages to open up the large PST files, like before. The PST files are not cached. Program allows to view the information about the cached files.
Cons: Nothing so far; it works like a snap. I would only be troubled if somebody would find that this program is also a well designed Spyware. The software company is MDO which stands for Moscow Development Office, a Russian company. So intercepting files from memory would be a nice spyware intercept point. My Sygate Firewall product does not show any unusual traffic however. For now, I trust this software.

"Excellent product. Decreased bootup time by half. No problems experienced."
Pros: From my limited use (about a week), this is a solid product. It installed with a snap. Has been very stable and hasn't caused any problems that I can detect. It decreased my boot time from about 3:45 to 1:45. My system also shuts down much quicker and performs better.
