It features a real-time remote TV-like screen viewer, which allows you to save snapshots. Other features include password-protection, peer-to-peer network support, remote monitoring updates, and a comprehensive activity log viewer.

Pros: program never worked for me
Cons: I downloaded the free trial and found it wouldn't work at all, it is still on my system, I can't stop it, I have emailed their support, I have written them letters, they won't answer.
Summary: There is absolutely no support of this product

Pros: Logs keystrokes faithfully. Logs websites visited.
Cons: Detected by simple Adware detectors and anti-virus programs. Does NOT record incoming side of Chats, No support.

"Problem with downloading - site infected with viruses"
Pros: Have not able to download yet
Cons: After purchasing the downloadable E-SURVEILLER software, I CAN NOT find web site that not giving my computer viruses. There are 2 sites that I have tried (1) CLNET.COM and (2) WINSITE.COM. They are a direct link from E-SURVEILLER
Summary: I have WEBROOT SPYSWEEPER ANTIVIRUS AND FIREWALL.
