From SurveilleTech :e-Surveiller is a user-activity monitoring, logging, and surveillance suite. e-Surveiller can monitor several users on standalone computers, on a home or office network, and across the Internet. It generates monitoring programs, which stealthily records all keystrokes, Web site visits, incoming and outgoing chat conversations, windows, applications, file changes on remote systems and periodically uploads or emails reports. It features a real-time remote TV-like screen viewer, which allows you to save snapshots. Other features include password-protection, peer-to-peer network support, remote monitoring updates, and a comprehensive activity log viewer.
Version 1.6.4 features AIM Triton chat recording, Windows Live Messenger chat recording, and support for German ICQ.

Version: e-Surveiller 1.6.4
"Buggy, poorly designed, and limited"
Pros: It's cheaper than some of the competition. Sort of how Kia automobiles are cheaper than some of the competition.
Cons: The interface is needlessly confusing.
I monitor only one computer. Yet I usually see this ONE computer listed two, three, or more times in the e-Surveiller viewer. Why? I have no idea.
Half the time, I can't view remote screens in real time. Even when it works, it's slow (the problem is NOT my connection). Worse, e-Surveiller cannot stretch, shrink, or scale the image.
No way to save screen shots automatically.
No way to monitor just keystrokes in real-time.
No way to view a list of processes running on the system(s) being monitored.
No GOOD way to monitor web history with e-Surveiller. Title bar monitoring is no replacement for this.
No way to run commands on remote computers at will (e.g. to lock the workstation).
No way to send users commands.
Logs cannot be exported to any other format (CSV, XLS, HTML, etc.). The ONLY way to view them is in e-Surveiller's own log viewer.
No way to exclude users from monitoring. So, if you use the computer(s) being monitored, prepare to be monitored yourself.
No way to exclude things from being logged. So, prepare to see billions of meaningless messages about TEMP folders being updated and nonsense like that. (This makes it easy to miss the things you actually DO want to see in the logs.)
Every time you receive logs, a popup appears over the tray. If your monitor is in sleep mode, this popup will wake it up, and bring the monitor out of sleep mode. You cannot disable this popup.
The monitor process is not hidden, and can be easily spotted and/or terminated by even moderately savvy or curious users.
And my greatest peeve of all: Support totally IGNORES registered customers. I've sent THREE messages, over a period of months, and have NEVER received a reply. Of course, they will lie and claim they never received any of these messages. Yeah, right.

Pros: nothing
Cons: It does not work, poor support. I bought this product. Gives run time error. I tried to solve the problem with support. There was no support. I could not use it. I uninstalled. Also, I could not get my money back.....

Pros: i just dont know how to get the log up so i can see whats been typed .

"e-Surveiller is some amazing stuff!"
Pros: I've tried several minitoring products but none of them were able to pick up and categorize all chat conversations my kids engaged in, like e-Surveiller did.
Definitely worth my $35

"Every parent needs this tool"
Pros: As a concerned mother, I was bothered about keeping my kids safe from online dangers.
I used to peek over my kids shoulder to see what they were doing online and I still wasn't sure of their activities.
Not any more.
With e-Surveiller, I simply use my own computer to watch whatever they are doing on their own computer and so far, i'm glad I found this tool.
