Zuperr Bar is an extension to MS Internet Explorer. When you install it, it appears on IE screen and provides lots of valuable information.
You can easily make searches via the most popular Turkish Web sites like Eksi Sozluk, Inndir, Mynet, e-kolay, Vikipedi, Beyazperde, Bigpara. With an one click or two you can review thousands of automaticly updated news title originating from CNN TURK, NTVMSNBC, Radikal, Hurriyet, Vatan. If you feel tired you can take a look at Oyunlar section where you can find jokes, flash games, funny pictures and videos. Get notified when you receive new e-mails to your POP3, Yahoo!, Gmail, or Hotmail accounts. It has built-in pop-up blocker and up-to-date local and global weather forecasts.

This toolbar add-on for Internet Explorer piles on the features, but Turkish is the only language offered.
Dijital Pazar's Zuperr Bar resembles most other toolbars out there and comes with the standard search window, e-mail notifier, and local weather display. During installation, you can elect to make Dijitalpazar.com.tr your home page and/or default search engine, but there isn't an English-language option on the site. You can customize the toolbar by removing the preset buttons and adding helpful shortcuts for your favorite applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. A drop-down menu includes links to popular Turkish Web sites and some popular U.S. sites such as YouTube and IMDB.
This toolbar seems to have some really great features, but you'll need to read Turkish to reap its benefits.
