The interface is attractive and handy, whether you run in Basic or Pro mode. We prefer Pro, which provides additional features for organizing your start-up items, contextual menus, and temporary files, and lets you drag and drop a program's icon to the uninstaller's icon to remove the program. The utility provides a far more comprehensive list of installed software than the standard Add/Remove Programs feature in Windows, and it removes programs more rapidly and thoroughly. It quickly scans for unnecessary files without taxing system resources. It can clean up files and Registry keys that past uninstalls have left behind; it can even uninstall itself.
Your Uninstaller 2006 would suit casual users more than serious system tweakers, but it manages the process of uninstalling programs efficiently and intuitively.

Very easy to use; nice interface; effective but not dangerous; reliable.

Summary
Extremely easy to use, it does not require any particular knowledge, and it proves to be effective and safe in any situation. Although quite fast, it removes well annoying leftovers "forgotten" by most standard uninstallers. Unfortunately, it is rather expensive; however, it is worth the price, at least in my opinion.

Pros
Easy to navigate installed programs icon view. It has advance uninstall option for stubborn programs. I like the Auto Fix, and Empty Gone applications to detect invalid installations and remove empty folders/invalid shortcuts.
Cons
Utilities applications are pop up windows that are locked to the main menu window. Only one active pop up window at a time. I would prefer a go back feature instead of a pop up.
Cannot cancel an application process once is running.Summary
Overall excellent uninstaller! I don't even use Microsoft Control Panel Uninstaller, and prefer it over uninstallers in bundled software.

Pros
Shows all programs on computer. Easy to select program for removal, all traces removed. Plus many more valuable features.
Cons
Sometimes a little difficult/confusing to work thru their site when updating or upgrading.
Summary
Easier to use and much more efficient than Microsofts Control Panel uninstaller. Does a complete removal of all Registry entries of program being removed.

This program will find your grandmother hidden behind the coach! One of the few products here on Download.com that is actually 1st RATE!

It has a peeping tom. There is some type of spy to the product... I'm sure of it... can find where it is ... however, I know it is there!!! Still LOVE this tool. Buy it ASAP! a GREAT investment... for sure!

It found items that System ADD/REMOVE could not! It has an Auto-Fix feature that has found corrupt apps. You can choose to see installed ScreenSavers. Really helped TOTALLY remove hidden files left over after an Uninstall with Add/Remove.
Cons
None so far this past 18 months or so.

Worth the money and easy to use.

It tells me my trial version has expired when I haven't been able to "try" it the first time yet.
Summary
The first time I installed this program, I have gotten nothing but "This trial version of Your Uninstaller has expired" and I haven't been able to use it the first time yet. I had purchased the 2006 version several years ago and liked it and wanted to try this one. I uninstalled my old version and then installed this trial version but it would not get past the "This trial version has expired" deal. It tells me I have used it the 20 something days when I haven't been able to use it one day yet. It's full of bugs. Don't waste your time on it.
