Computers inevitably accrue a mass of unwanted and unused files that eat up system resources and reduce system stability. Uninstalling these items can be an arduous task, but Your Uninstaller 2006 simplifies the process considerably.
The interface is attractive and handy, whether you run in Basic or Pro mode. We prefer Pro, which provides additional features for organizing your start-up items, contextual menus, and temporary files, and lets you drag and drop a program's icon to the uninstaller's icon to remove the program. The utility provides a far more comprehensive list of installed software than the standard Add/Remove Programs feature in Windows, and it removes programs more rapidly and thoroughly. It quickly scans for unnecessary files without taxing system resources. It can clean up files and Registry keys that past uninstalls have left behind; it can even uninstall itself.
Your Uninstaller 2006 would suit casual users more than serious system tweakers, but it manages the process of uninstalling programs efficiently and intuitively.

Pros: Have tried a few different Uninstallers and this one is superior to the rest - does what it's supposed to do. What else needs to be said...great product.
Cons: The price is a little steep.

"The ONLY one that works like it's supposed to."
Pros: This program COMPLETELY delivered. I have been using PCs since the First IBM PC, so my experience with them is fairly extensive. I was looking for software that would uninstall a program too extensive and large to do "by hand" (finding all of the common and support files, registry entries, etc) and had downloaded just about every other high-rated uninstaller on this site. This is the ONLY one that delivered and bypassed the uninstall error I was getting (all of the other programs would just launch the standard, built-in uninstaller for this program and that is where, specifically, my problem lie) and just *did it's job* UNlike the other software found on here which would either do absolutely nothing, or again, would just launch the stock uninstaller. I am going to buy this software just because it's one of the few pieces that doesn't promise more than it can give and just plain works - and it does it all without overblown interface "pretties" (although it does look good), is easy and clear to understand and quick and clean.
Cons: The auto-updater might give you a bit of flack on first run, but that's about it.

Pros: Very simple and easy to use. Does a really thorough job of removing all traces of the old program. Much better than the built in windows uninstallers. Other utilities included as well.

Pros: It's very simple for any user and it's extremely safe. It never deletes by mistake any useful file!
