Pros: There seems to be two uninstall programs which primarily do the same thing. Both of them have received good user ratings and I was trying to make some comparisons between each of them. "Uninstall Plus!" seems to do the same thing as the "Your Uninstaller" program and that makes it difficult to draw conclusions about which one to purchase. I opted for the Uninstall Plus! Because it seems to have a few additional features which include controlling which programs are loaded when you boot up your computer and costs half the price. But if anyone else has taken the time to compare these similar software programs and would be willing to share their thoughts, it would be very much appreciated.
Pros: It uninstalls everything. Folder software was installed in, registry entries created. Only software I use. Has never hung my PC as others have said.
Cons: As for cleaning temp files, I use software made for that sort of thing. Window Washer by Webroot.
Pros: I had a lot of problems removing some applications from my system. Windows XP is rather weak in that process and there are many leftovers. I tried various utilities to clean things up. So far I find "Your Uninstaller Pro" the best. It is easy to use and very effective in removing "stubborn" applications. In addition there are some handy extra's that make (computer)life easier.
