Computers inevitably accrue a mass of unwanted and unused files that eat up system resources and reduce system stability. Uninstalling these items can be an arduous task, but Your Uninstaller 2006 simplifies the process considerably.
The interface is attractive and handy, whether you run in Basic or Pro mode. We prefer Pro, which provides additional features for organizing your start-up items, contextual menus, and temporary files, and lets you drag and drop a program's icon to the uninstaller's icon to remove the program. The utility provides a far more comprehensive list of installed software than the standard Add/Remove Programs feature in Windows, and it removes programs more rapidly and thoroughly. It quickly scans for unnecessary files without taxing system resources. It can clean up files and Registry keys that past uninstalls have left behind; it can even uninstall itself.
Your Uninstaller 2006 would suit casual users more than serious system tweakers, but it manages the process of uninstalling programs efficiently and intuitively.

Pros: one time when my old roommate told me that he's moving out on the specific date, then i found someone else would move in on the next day. i thought it's cool, because it would all work out without any break out time. but then what i found out was the last person left lots trash behind, the carpet was all messed up, so i had to make the room freash and clean before the next person moves in. familiar?
it's the exactlly same thing when you install and uninstall your programs over and over. because when you just execute uninstallation of the programs from start botton, it's basically your roommate moves out without cleaning. the person is gone, but the room isn't the same as when he came in.
that's when "your uninstaller" comes in. it won't just kick your roommate out, but it also does the cleaning job for you. it removes related registries, and get your PC ready for a new program.
it's a great program for anyone, especially the newcomers, just a click of mouse, then it's all gone! I'm lovin' this.
Cons: i wish the price was a little low.

"Really does uninstall. No traces left"
Pros: My hobby is to install and uninstall software. I'm a download junkie, yet my PC is as clean as if it were new and that is because I use this software to uninstall the software I don't want.
Windows Add/Remove feature and many other tools, just unistall the software but too may times leave the registry traces of the software and a lot of folders in your system.
With time you have a huge registry full of useless data plus a lot of empty or full folders that are good for absolutely nothing.
With this software I feel and know that my system is left very clean after I uninstall something.
Cons: The price. I wish it were less. Maybe around $ 20.

"Excellent - Give Add/Remove Programs The Boot!"
Pros: Your Uninstaller! is a program that i had once looked over as a "gimmick" and to be ignored and sent to the Bargain Basement but i was rather incorrect.
Windows' Add Removes Program feature is a simple front end for program uninstallation and relys on mappings within the Windows Registry to "successfully" uninstall programs you do not need.
This is rarely a clean and successful doing as the uninstallation programs rely on the developers' programming skills to successfully remove and delete both unused Program Files entries and Registry values and keys - and if Symantec's Norton suite is an example of a lack of programming prowess, this is where Your Uninstaller! steps in.
This program analyses the Registry and your Program Files directory for installed programs, mapping the exact files and Registry values associated with the programs and when it comes to uninstalling a program you do not need, Your Uninstaller carefully removes the un-needed mappings from your system and alerts you to any files which may be left by the developers "bad" uninstallation tool and requests your permission to erase selected files.
At every stage you are kept informed of Your Uninstaller's! actions and are at no time kept in the dark - instructions and prompts are clear and if you ever need to look to a Third Part uninstallation tool, this program is your best bet.
Cons: There are no flaws or features that i can highlight in this program that reduce the functionality and effectiveness of the features it performs.

"It works as advertised. I recommend it"
Pros: User friendly interface, clean unused registry, detect and remove incomplete installed software that otherwise can't be removed with windows unistaller utillity.
