Cons: Disregard the "Customer" reviews for this product - they are BOGUS REVIEWS!
Click on the screen name of each reviewer. You'll see that they submit the exact same reviews for every one of the YouTube FLV to AVI Converter programs - and give them all 5 Stars. These people should be banned from CNET for this dishonest and deceptive practice. I for one, shall be reporting this to CNET.

Pros: This software is best on market. Support reply immediatelly for all questions. Any changes on sites like youtube or google video corrected within two days.
