Pros: does a great job. simple, easy to use.
Cons: no technical support. i have sent numerous e-mails with no replies, EVER!

"Failed with assertion error in mp4 convert"
Pros: N/A. Only tried one feature that didn't work.
Cons: The only reason I wanted to try this product is to try converting from mp4 video. It failed with an assertion error as soon as it attempts to read (e.g. if played in the the little playback preview window).

Cons: MUST BE FAMILIAR TO VIDEO TOOLS.
