YAMP is a program for compressing audio WAV files and saving them in MP3 format. It offers both constant and variable bitrate encoding, batch processing, selection of existing or creation of new output folders, a WAV and MP3 files preview, creation or removal of ID3 tags, filtering (both low-pass and high-pass filters are available), and selection of output mode (mono, stereo, or joint stereo).

This program costs $20 to register and displays a nag screen in the unregistered version.
