Version: Xilisoft iPod Video Converter 3.1.28.0413b
Pros: absolutely nothing
Cons: I can't get the audio and video to sync and it becomes trial and error with the tech support. Try this and try that. Basically, I try one of their suggestions, spend two hours converting only to find out it doesn't work. Email them back, wait for them to respond. Try what they've suggested in the second email, spend two hours converting (AGAIN), and it doesn't work, etc. Over and over again. I have received FIVE suggestions so far and the audio and video still don't sync. Do not buy this program! It is a waste of money and time.
