Cons: It doesn't work at all. It's garbage.

Cons: The software does not convert many formats. Tech support tells you they will fix in a future paid upgrade.
The same is true for the DVD Converter software. Avoid this company - go for something like Cucusoft. (Or at least test the heck out of this before you buy - I wish I would have!)
