Features include: You can set multiple output formats simultaneously from the same source for output to save more time. Supports adding video effects: you can adjust subtitle, add watermark; you can preview video customized, or compare source video with it. Offer handy clip, split, and merge functions: you can even select some clips from a source file and change their sequences, and merge; all actions can be done by drag and drop. It can capture pictures, create video from pictures, add or adjust subtitles and support Directshow decoding.

"This is a great tool, flexible and very powerful."
Pros: It supports a wide variety of capture formats and can easily convert to just about any other format. I'm not a video expert but wanted something that was simple to use, easy to understand, and gave quality output, without a lot of fuss.
Cons: Nothing so far. It works perfectly for my rather simple needs. Perhaps if I was more of a video expert I could find something it doesn't do well. It hasn't happened yet.
Summary: It's reaonably priced, easy to use, and produces great output. What more do you need?
