Version: Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate 5.1.26.0828

"trial fine full program very different"

Pros: trial seemed ok, that's why i bought it

Cons: trial worked ok but the trouble started when i paid for the full prog, it took 12 hrs to convert a small avi 0.98GB to dvd. i contacted them and got more trouble told them i wasn't happy can i have a refund? no, that is to simple become a technician.

absolutely dismayed by their customer service, after trying the trial, which converted fine and being in a rush. i bought the full programme then went to use the full convert mode avi to dvd and creat disc. no menu med... read more >>
