From Heitmeijer :XboxCommander is an advanced but easy-to-use program to browse your Xbox or computer drives, whether these are floppy disk drives, hard disks, CD drives, DVD drives or network drives. The program makes it possible to create a backup from any directory on your hard disk drives in Xbox ISO format. These Xbox ISO files can be either backed up to a CD or DVD. Any downloaded or created Xbox ISO file can be uploaded to the Xbox. Moreover, the program can make use of the "Boost Mode". This makes it possible to upload the contents of the Xbox ISO at speeds up to 11 MB per second.
