This toolbar add-on provides news and info at a mouse click's reach, but unless you're fluent in Vietnamese, you'll miss out on many of its features. Xaluan Toolbar conveniently attaches itself to your Internet Explorer toolbar. It offers all the standard features found in similar toolbars, including a search engine powered by Google, a button for current weather info, and a pop-up blocker. Xaluan will also let you add frequently used programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel to the toolbar for one-click access. The built-in radio is a nice touch, offering stations from all over the world; however, during testing, the radio cut in and out, and on several occasions, we couldn't get certain stations to play at all. We were also frustrated to find that the news ticker and the games are only in Vietnamese. There are enough features here to satisfy users looking for a free toolbar add-on, but there are plenty of other free toolbars out there that allow you the full benefit of their features.

  Pros: It sometimes does block popups

  Cons: It sometimes won't block popups.But it is rare.
