"What is this stuff about getting the upgrade free?"
Pros: I too purchased a "Lifetime" upgrade when I got xprepair pro 2007 and for some reason this policy does NOT apply to me. I have checked on their website and the whole thing seems very complicated. SO NOT IMPRESSED at all.
Cons: I do not like the fact that when I launch xprepair pro 2007 it immediately downloads the new version xprepair pro 4 which as I mention above means that I have the bother of sorting out a new registration key as the old one does not work, or even worse, have to buy the upgrade even though I purchased the lifetime upgrade when I innitialy paid for the software. I do not like the fact that the new software is downloaded by default with no option whether I want it or not.

"This software keeps getting better."
Pros: I bought this program almost two years ago and when I purchased, I also purchased an upgrade package. Since then, I have received version 2007 and now this version absolutely free. I just had to login to my member's page and upgraded my key at no cost.
Overall this latest version is a vast improvement and has several added features that didn't exist before. The registry repair feature is much easier to use and explains things much better. I really like the Startup Program Manager because it tells me what programs are turning on with Windows and whether or not they are trusted pieces of software, or not. Lastly, I love the 3-D pie charts that are used in the System Information tool. You can drag them around to see them in different views. Very cool. The new skins they have look very good and there are a good variety available.
I highly recommend this tool, and I really recommend if you buy it to purchase the upgrade package. I haven't had to pay for an upgrade at all since I bought the program the first time. Great.

"Software works good. Support was great."
Pros: Today I purchased a copy of this software and my dialup connection dropped before I was able to receive my registration key. I immediately emailed support because I saw the charge had gone through on my card. Within 30 minutes I received a response with a copy of my registration key. It didn't work, but that was because I was trying to install the 2007 version and I just had to upgrade to this newest version.
Thanks to Daniel at their support for his quick response in getting my problem fixed.

"HORRIBLE service, no phone number"
Pros: Lifetime Upgrades? LMAO
Cons: This program updated itself automatically and then would not accept my registration key (which I copy and pasted from my original order email). It has been 3 weeks since I opened a trouble ticket and it still has not been assigned. The program is now unusable, and absolutely worthless!
