"Help Desk doesn't work at all. Previous version - average software."
Pros: Nothing
Cons: After upgrade to version 3.5.6 I can't use my registry key. I am waiting customer service answer to my ticket since 27-th Jan. It is a joke.

Cons: I would buy this if I knew it worked, but it won't let you fix anything unless you PAY FIRST!

"I have same event in progress"
Pros: The software works good. I have however just replaced a hard drive, and started out with a fresh OS (XP Pro SP2) install. After all needed drivers & updates were completed, upon setting up my desired maintenance programs, I encountered the same registration problem. Therefore I am waiting customer support after submitting a confirmed help ticket on 11/08/07 at 1 pm. MST. In regards to these reviews I read, I decided to post for a follow up since I too am in the same boat as they say, and will announce the results of my experience upon any response from support. Hopefully my addition to the forum will conclude on a good note.
I will post one way or another within a week of this posting.

"Customer Service Does Not Respond"
Pros: Software works fast, but you have to be careful about what you let it do.
Cons: I purchased a good forever license, but after loosing the install to a failed disk, the software key wouldn't work any longer. All attempts to get a new key from the seller have been ignored, and now the software no longer functions because the evaluation period has terminated.
Without support, this software should be avoided.
