X3 Shutdown

X3 Shutdown is a replacement shutdown utility that I wrote primarily for my own use. The shutdown dialogs in Windows 98 and Windows 2000 remember the last selection, i.e. if you last restarted your computer the next time you went to shut down, if you weren't paying attention your computer would reboot not shutdown. X3 Shutdown does not remember these settings and always defaults back to Shut Down, just like Windows 95 did.
