Version: X-OOM Music on PSP 1.3.2
"Solid Program, Nice Features, Though a little Cluttered"
Pros: The pros of the products is that it's relatively easy to use. It has some decent options built into the product, such as a search tool based on name or genre, a built in Audio Editor, and the option to record more than one stream at the same time, and not having to listen to the streams to record.
The Audio Editor is an excellent feature, because we all know streamrippers never get every song perfect, so know you can clip out the commercials or annoying announcers.
Cons: One thing is that even though it boasts so many different streams, many of them are so obscure no one would listen to them (80's russian polka love songs, for example)
The streams people would actually use are almost hidden, and there are very few of them. The search tool is cluttered when searching by genre. The main page is cluttered, and there is a lot to go through to get to where you want to go.
Plus, it's not shareware/freeware/open source, it's only a 7 day trial. And the 'helpful' welcome screen is superficial for newbies.
