Good selection of radio stations around the country. Sports, news, music, talk, stories. Bloomberg Radio service is better than that of (expensive) Sirius radio.
Not reliable--a local news station will work one day, and crash the application the next.
Wunder Radio is a great concept and still worth the registration fee (which I paid). It brings entertainment/information to my smartphone (Samsung Jack, Win Mobile 6.5) that isn't available otherwise. But the application crashes occassionally and, more than occassionally, will work on a station one day and not on the same station the next. There are LOTS of available choices for entertainment but (maybe) 1/2 of them will work on a given day...maybe less. The interface is fair but certainly not loaded with features...for example, it took me a couple days to figure out where the volume control was since it isn't shown on the application screen.
A lot of options for selecting stations, including finding nearby stations using GPS. Fairly intuitive, decent interface.
Many station links aren't working, and more seem to be failing as time goes by. This is probably due to the fact that there's been NO update since the product was released to the public earlier in the year.
I paid for this program on the day it was released. I was impressed when I used the demo, but since then the program hasn't been updated. That was nine months ago, which is an eternity for programs like this which need updated information due to changes in station streams. I'm sure the iPhone version is being updated, so this product (the WinMo version, at least) is probably an afterthought by the company. Nine months ago, I would have strongly recommended it. Now, I would say there are many free apps that are just as good, and paid apps that are much better. That's too bad... something that showed a lot of promise is more and more disappointing as time goes by. I hope there's an update coming.
Incredible selection of stations (36,000+). Can browse by genre, selected location, GPS location, etc. Far better than XM & Sirius combined without monthly subscription. If you can't find what you want here, it probably doesn't exist.
If there is one, I can't find it.
Have tried several internet radio apps for Win Mobile; this one puts all the others to shame in terms of features, selection, user interface and cost.
