This free toolbar offers a variety of TV and radio stations, but its positive attributes were overshadowed by its run-of-the-mill features and several serious technical glitches.
World TV Center Light's interface looks very similar to most other toolbars as it stretches across your browser window. From it, you can pick from a list of TV stations from around the world to view on the World TV Center Web site. All the features you'd expect to find--pop-up blocker, weather forecast, e-mail notification--worked just fine. The Internet radio worked exceptionally well for us and included a long list of preset stations. All was well until we tried to change the toolbar's configurations through the Options menu. Each change that we made caused our IE to stop working and shut down. We also found that the clear browser history feature didn't work.
Aside from the radio, this toolbar doesn't offer anything that sets it apart from any other freeware out there. Considering the problems we had, we suggest you save yourself a headache and skip this one.

"Very Good Free & Light Toolbar !"
Pros: * The fm radio works good with a great selection of +500 radios & customize option.
* Gadgets to add to the toolbar: You Tube Top feeds/ iTunes Music/ Translation service/ Your Ip Adress / Calculator/ Memory Game/ Yahoo! Music Top 10/ ToDo Gadget : easily manage and track you daily to-do list.
*With good pop up blocker and clearing browser cache history and cookies.
*Tv from many countries with themes presentation and infos.
*Updates link and replay chat users.
*Top clips with regular updates.
Cons: Nothing ! great toolbar:)
