Version: Workshare Protect 4.0
"EASY to install, EASY to use, Wish I had this installed a couple weeks ago!"
Pros: This product was so easy to install. And once I did, it just started working on my computer right away, just like utility software should work. I really like the risk report that shows in detail all the junk that gets hidden in our Microsoft documents. It is really amazing. I got burned recently when I accidentally emailed a doc with track changes turned off, my comments were exposed and it was embarrasing, and it wouldn't have happened with this product.
Cons: Limited user configuration. But it is ok, since I would probably mess up the settings anyhow. Default seems to be fine.
