This program provides utilities to quickly tidy up your Registry, but lacks some features of competing applications. Wise Registry Cleaner 3 Free has an intuitive interface and is relatively easy to use.
The program works quickly, using very few of the computer's resources. This cleanup tool offers an undo option, which is important any time you deal with the Registry. Users can even set the program to check the Registry automatically, although there is no option to set a specific time for this function. One feature this program lacks is a severity level warning. A harmless entry from a deleted program is shown as having no distinct differences from an entry from a harmful virus or malware. It does have easy-to-understand graphic warnings for any entry that may be dangerous to delete, though.
It also would be nice if users were offered the option to select/deselect all, since there may be dozens of entries but only be one or two severe issues in the Registry. Still, this freeware Registry cleaner proved effective, and we recommend it for users comfortable working with the registry.

Pros: There are not many worth-using registry cleaners. But Wise Registry Cleaner is one of them. It is not only efficient but safe as well. This software devides all found entries in two categories: safe to fix and not fully safe to fix. Those which belong to the secobd one can be easily added to the exclusion list. Although Wise Registry Cleaner doesn't need much time to complete scan, it finds a high percent of unneeded entries. Also you can change the program's interface with different skins.
Cons: I found some problems with russian localization.

Pros: It warns you which files are unsafe to fix.Did not download the disc cleaner as i already have a good one.Well worth the 20 dollers suggested donation if you can afford it.
Cons: Nothing bad to say go get it.

"Problems after running Wise File + Wise Registry Clnr"
Pros: Appears easy to use and finds many genuine specious entries in registry
Cons: Wise File deleted Windows Update Uninstal files; Wise Registry deleted corresponding registry entries; overall bad results (1) shutdown fails on first attempt (2) IE7 reverted to IE6 (3) Windows Update finds many updates and downloads them (4) these updates fail because of version conflicts (5) various product failures (6) was going to format system drive and re-install WinXP anyway, so kind of expected this sort of thing to happen.
