This program lets the privacy minded easily cover their tracks, but the large feature set may overwhelm the less experienced. Tabbed screens organize the numerous features and options of this program. The primary function is the single-click Quick Clean, which deletes files and erases histories in key Windows folders and cleans up tracks generated by Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Opera, and AOL browsers. All actions can be easily automated with the included schedule function. Program plug-ins give users the ability to delete personal information stored in more than 180 third-party applications. You can easily create your own plug-ins for programs not listed. The file shredder lets you overwrite data a select number of times but doesn't support government-sanctioned algorithms. Windows and Internet Cleaner Pro covers the vast majority of privacy bases and seems best suited to more advanced paranoiacs.

  "Was a good cleaner, Not now!"

  Cons: I have been using this software for 6 months with no problem.The past few weeks its been playing up.Its not showing up in the system tray.I am getting non stop conflicts from my antispyware and firewall recently, saying its attempting to enter a trusted zone etc.Sometimes it loads on start sometimes it doesnt.I click on "select all"to clean, then when I reboot its back to as it was only a few of the clean up items are ticked. Basically I cant and dont trust this software any more.I have even tried a complete uninstall and re-install with the same results.It is now gone from my pc after 6 months.I am now back to the manual Ccleaner.

  Pros: I tried different erasers.

  Last one i tried AFTER aready use 2 other one,s.But W & I cleaner pro still erases 122MB! What !? Where that 122 MB come from??? i thought my pc is allready clean.I checked the list and see that this eraser cleanes the scrap whats left from the plugins asswel! Very good!!

  If you are a littlebit paranoid than you can use the security option and overwrite the erased aria with different security options.Great !

  You can try it for free, select all the plugins and run.

  You will be supriced how many scrap there is still left on your pc for erasing.

  This program will find it and delete it.

  And if you want delete it forever by using the security option.

  Cons: Nothing to complain.

  Summary: The traces removed by it can be seen by any data recovery software, so it totally defeats the idea to use it.

  "Was good at one time"

  Pros: I like the file shreder.

  Cons: I use the product at work to keep sensitive data off my work computer, but no longer will I rely on this POS! This product use to work excellent on XP, but now I cannot get it to erase Internet Explorer tracks on Vista, and tech support SUCKS!! THIS IS THE WORSE TECH SUPPORT EVER!! I do not trust this program anymore, a complete waste of money. I tried to use the free space cleaner, but it took over 2 full days to complete on a 160 gig hardrive, and 2.6 GHz processor and 4 gigs of RAM. What a slow program. I wouldn't waste the money if I were you. The free program "Advanced Window Care" was able to do what this program was unable to do.
