The little computer that we had forgotten the password to doesn't have a CD drive so I had to use a USB.
So I just installed this free program to burn the iso file to a USB - ISO2Disc.
And it worked PERFECTLY!! My husband and I are SO SO thankful to you and your team. :-D

Registration did not work. Over two days and emails to Rixler.com no response.

If you expect fast resolution forget it. This outfit should solve the problem in minutes. It won't happen. Maybe it will fix the problem sometime but not in a proper time frame. There are other faster such services, use 'em.
