Have to enable "Non-market" sources for something that isn't even an app!
Summary
How can you even call this an app? Its just a "cool" shortcut. Launches your browser and takes you to Windows Live on the web. Lame and a total waste of time.

This is not an 'app,' this is a glorified shortcut. It just opens your browser. No benefits whatsoever.
Summary
Don't install this app, it's not worth the trouble, especially since you have to accept non-Market apps to do it in the first place.
