Version: Window Washer 6.0.2.411
"Its a good program, but CCleaner does the same job for free."
Pros: Its from the same people who make SpySweeper, one of the best AntiSpyware programs on the market.
It cleans up everything browser history related.
Works with FireFox and Netscape.
It cleans other programsm like MS Office and Outlook Express.
Cons: It doesn't support Opera cleaning.
It isn't free.
I'm not particularly sure you can add support for any other programs, something which CCleaner lets you do with ease.
CCleaner is a better program which cleans the same things as Window Washer all while being free. I suggest you get that instead.

Version: Window Washer 6.0.2.411
Pros: And thats what I am writing my review on. Version 6.5 is a much improved cleanup application. Ir is now compatible with every browser I use. It also works with several other installed applications. This new release is the best version yet as older versions didn't work with "Firefox'. The settings are highly customizable to fit your needs and now, finally, it does what it was designed to do.You can "add bleach" for a deeper cleaning. The new version is compatible with "XP" and "Vista". This, for a change is nice work by "Webroot".
Cons: The new release was to long in development when it was needed months ago. It deleted 21.8 MB from my computer but left 4.2 MB behind. I'm thinking this was because of the settings i chose, rather then the application. Take a few minutes to look it over and set it up or you might delete something you wanted to keep.

Pros: Not bad but i prefer CCleaner and Tracks eraser Pro, it's much better than this. But it has many functions in the setting, for myself im not too recommended but if u want it, i suggest you get Tracks Eraser Pro.

"not worth fee-needs to be part of spy sweeper product"
Pros: basically will do what free programs like internet sweeper and ccleaner, except it will make at the user's options a number of washes over deleted items and will clean free space
Cons: this is not a stand alone product and webroot has started to place in a package with spysweeper, with package retailing for $39; windows has a habit of saving whatever you think is deleted and you can try an experiment to see if you can recover a deleted item with a free recovery program as some reviews have suggested is possible; free progrms will clean clutter as well if that is all you want, multiple passes on a sweep is time consuming as is the clean of free space for little benefit to average user and webroot's customer service is pretty bad and i personally suspect no one really reads reports sent by customers to any great degree just presses a button on what is good for one is good for all

"bugs from earlier versions fixed"
Pros: fast, effective cleaner. cleans cookies, cache, temp files, history, address bar history.
supposedly the bugs from earlier versions where things werent really being "completely deleted" are now fixed, so things cant be brought back by undelete softwares.
new features, like washing free disk space.
easy scheduling options
Cons: many of the cons of earlier versions have been fixed. cleartype option is fixed, so its a good deal. maybe expensive for some, but its a good working software.
