From Webroot Software :Window Washer runs in the background and cleans up your browser's cache, cookies, and history. It also cleans up the Windows Documents menu, Temp directory, Recycle Bin, ICQ history, CHK files, downloaded program files (ActiveX and Java), and more. You can define which files, folders, and Registry entries you want cleaned. Window Washer can be scheduled to run automatically at set times, and it lets you select individual cookies to exclude from the wash cycle. Window Washer's "bleaching" feature makes sure that when files are deleted, they are really cleaned from both your disk and prying eyes. Version 2.4 adds the ability to clean "streams" in Windows 98. Streams store information in the Windows Registry about what a user has been doing on a system, such as which programs they run, which images they view, which files they open, and so on. It also adds a "Drive Space Restored" count and a "Items Washed" count to the Washing status window.
