From Bees Knees :This program adds a small Winamp control bar to the upper right-hand corner of every window on your desktop, letting you switch forward and backward between tracks, read what song title and track is playing, pause, and play without having to switch over to the Winamp application. "6+ years, and still loving it."
Pros: Great Winamp plugin. I've been using this plugin for roughly 6+ years, and it works great. Those who said it's nearly impossible to uninstall are, bluntly, idiots. It works as said, and is often even better than the newer version.
Cons: Occasionaly, if Winamp crashes, you won't be able to restart Winamp, because this plugin didn't "unhook" itself properly. Simply rename "gen_bktb.dll" to "gen_bktb.off" (it's in "winamp\plugins\") This will stop Winamp from loading this plugin, when you start Winamp. Also, that works for uninstalling it as well, if that's what you wish. I'd give it 5 stars, but oddly enough, v4.05 works better than this version hosted here. I don't recommend v5.x

Summary: If you are an avid user of WinAmp this is a nice program and is very easy to use. The buttons are quite small though. I run a shoutcast radio station and this is a very nice tool to have.

"Good idea but it is already done..."
Summary: Yeah, as AmStigmatized said just turn the ON TOP button when you use the main window windowshade.
