Version: WinXMedia AVI/MPEG iPod Converter 1.2

"This program is easy to use, and provides for good quality video conversions."

Pros: I don't know much about computer software but found this program to be extremely easy to use. The videos I converted played decently on my computer, but looked just fine on my iPod.

Cons: After the first three minutes of your video, the program name & logo appears on your video file. This is true of all converters (it's how they make money, of course) and at least it gives you the first three minutes (unlike the more popular downloads)!
