WinSysClean promotes the health of Windows by sorting through all the potentially hazardous files on your computer and neutralizing them. We liked its simple approach, but wanted to see more in the trial version about updates to the program's library.
This program is a great way to ensure your computer is running at its maximum, without getting confused or possibly deleting important files. It offers several different easy-to-understand options as far as cleansing Windows is concerned. Scroll through the options and choose between searching for custom files, troublesome .BAK, .GID, .CHK, and .TMP files, as well as image cache files--or all the above. In addition, you have the option of fine-tuning Windows, from emptying the Recycle Bin to more complex tasks like deleting memory dump files. In addition, a schedule can be set up, so the computer automatically cleans itself. Another great option is the Status Screen. From here, simple graphics give users a picture of their computer's health. From available memory, system usage and temporary files, to monitoring incorrect shutdowns, this is a great snapshot of the system.
Our only concern is the lack of information about updates to the program. The Internet is constantly evolving and hackers are coming up with more sophisticated ways to corrupt your computer. If the paid version solves that mystery by offering regular updates, there are few simpler ways to seek out and remove potential problems from your system. WinSysClean is a solid program that even novice users should grasp quickly.
Publisher's description
From Ultimate Systems :WinSysClean is cleans, fixes, and optimizes your computer with a single mouse click. The program is safe, using complex analysis to skip important data from removal. Other tools ask you what to delete and what not to, which takes time and sometimes means your Windows OS gets demolished. WinSysClean uses advanced registry and file analysis to detect invalid entries, so you don't need to make critical decisions to confirm which entries and files to remove. You also can view a complete log of operations.

Version: WinSysClean 2008 8.05
"Better then the last version."
Pros: It runs fine with "Vista". But it's still the same application. It does have
potential but a no limit free trial is supposed to mean full, isn't it?. The GUI is
unusual in appearance. It has icons and cylinders instead of buttons and menu
bars and it is very user friendly. If the company continues to work on this
application and gives a real, free trial it is worth having a look, see.
Cons: I found nothing in this application I would consider great. The history cleaner is limited in "Internet Explorer". The registry cleaner is slow to scan. It still installs, by default "Ultimate Download Manager" whether you want it or not. I have my own download manager, thank you. This version is easier ot install then the last install and the download link here does not work. There are still better utilities available at this price.
