Cons
'Free' is stretching things a bit .. the 'free' version only syncs folders containing 5 files or less. Whenever you start a sync on a folder w/more than 5 files, you get a nag pop up saying you need to buy the full version to sync that directory.
Summary
with a limit of 5 files per folder, this free version is virtually useless.
